Smart Heating and Cooling (Air Conditioning)
The right temperature is the foundation of comfortable living. In summer, we want it pleasantly cool, and in winter, conversely, cozy and warm. An intelligent house takes care of your thermal comfort in all situations and rooms, as it includes smart heating and air conditioning.
What is a smart home capable of?
Correct temperature upon arrival
You are at work all day, and it is pointless for the house to heat to a higher temperature, but at the same time, you want to return to a pleasantly heated home. Thanks to various modes, you can set a daily schedule, and the smart home will start cooling or heating individual rooms, for example, an hour before your planned arrival.
Temperature according to needs
Every room in the house has its function – while you want an ideal sleeping temperature in the bedroom (around 18°C), the living room should be warmer. In the application, you can set a temperature profile for each room so that you always feel comfortable.
Heating during absence
Leaving for a longer period and don't want the house to freeze? Simply set the "vacation mode," and the house will ensure the installation doesn't freeze based on data from the weather station. Conversely, it will dampen the heating if the sun is shining into the rooms.
Hot water for the shower
Heating the boiler all day is definitely not worth it – a smart house can heat water strictly for the time of your arrival or during times of cheap electricity tariffs.
Heat Recovery
For optimal functioning, we integrate air quality sensors and connect them to the heat recovery (ventilation) system.
Boiler power control based on temperature
The smart home communicates with the boiler and adjusts its power output based on how cold it is outside. It can react to rapid temperature changes and maintain a consistently pleasant climate indoors.
Blind control
Your house will work with all available heat sources to use electricity economically. For example, it will leave the blinds open for a while when the sun leans on the windows, using the passive solar heat to warm the room when no one is there.
Smart energy savings
Heating the neighborhood? Not anymore. The smart house looks out for itself; if you open the windows, it turns off the heating, and vice versa.
Smarteon Tip: Wrap yourself in a warm towel
The pleasant feeling from a morning shower is easy to prolong – the smart house preheats the towel rail for you in advance, so you can enjoy the warmth and a dry towel right in the morning.
What components does smart heating and cooling include?
Temperature sensors: In every room, switches measure the air temperature; if you have underfloor heating, the floor temperature is also measured.
Boiler control
Switching boiler/water heating
Sensors on windows
Blinds and roller shutters
Air quality sensors
Sauna sensor
